Windfall Lumber Offers Reclaimed Wood Panels
Engineered panels from Windfall Lumber are comprised of reclaimed wood from Douglas fir trees. In addition to the reclaimed wood, the panels also include solid and glue-laminated lumber from deconstructed buildings in the Pacific Northwest. The panels are smooth to the touch, but some of the softer pith has been removed to give them a textured appearance. When stained, the product adheres the softer layers of the panels to provide additional contrast. Panels use three-ply construction with 1/4-inch veneer in the front and back and a 1/4-inch MDF core substrate.
