Native Trails NativeStone Concrete Sinks Use Renewable Vegetable Fiber

Native Trails NativeStone™ concrete sinks use a renewable vegetable “jute” fiber mixture for reinforcement of the concrete. This jute fiber is integrated throughout the sinks to increase resistance to cracking. The sink line includes kitchen, bar/prep and lavatory sinks. The sinks are made impervious to staining by use of a cutting-edge nano sealer, reports the company. The sinks are also reportedly 40 percent lighter than those made with more traditional cement mixtures, lowering shipping expenses and making them easier to install. The sinks come in the natural grey color of concrete.
