Meganite Carries Series of Solid Surface Containing Recycled Content
Meganite offers 18 colors of its acrylic solid surface with recycled content (such as the “Goldrush” and “Raven” colors shown here). According to the company, they are among the company’s most popular designs so they are more likely to be used in everyday projects. Although the company’s website does not state how much of the content is recycled (perhaps because it varies from color to color), it does state that its “Custom Program” is certified by SCS Global to make custom colors and dimensions with recycled content, opening the possibilities for LEED points in buildings and additional ways to help insure reduced waste and greener design.
